Primo giorno di liceo - First day of high school

Primo giorno di liceo

"Gaia, stai tranquilla.
Però se hai problemi puoi sempre usare i tuoi poteri no?"
"Papà, ma che cosa..."
"Ma sì, sto scherzando dai."
"Ah ah ah... Non fa ridere!"
"Rilassati.
Ero in ansia; totalmente in ansia.

Buio.

First day of high school

"Gaia, keep calm. You aren't nor the first and neither the last who starts high school."
"I know dad, but I think it's normal to fell a little bit uneasy at the beginning. Isn't it?"
"Yes, it is. But if you have problems you can use your powers."
"Dad, what are you saying?"
"I'm joking!"
"Ah ah ah... That's not funny."
"Relax. If it will happen something I can remove your class mates' memory." he said winking his eye. I didn't replied because he was only trying to make me comfortable.
But in that moment, nor mum neither dad could help me. I was anxious; totally anxious. It wasn't only high school to make me nervous, but I was afraid of myself, about what it could happen. I after a human summer, I thought my powers could come. And if somebody understand it? I couldn't tell dad to remove their memory, but they couldn't discover me... Will grandma continue to whisper in my ear suggestions? Dad suddenly slammed on the brakes and my thoughts too. After having shouted in all the world's languages, dad told me to go to school alone (it lasted a few block of flats and I knew where to go) and he started a discussion with the man who had cut in front of dad's car. After having put the earphones on, I started walking. Earring the first notes of my favourite song, all the accumulate tension disappeared.

"Gaia Elisa Rossi".
Total uncomfortable sensation. Why do you have to call the students one by one to go to different classes? I have always been shy, but I suppose that all the people can fell shy when you have to stand up in front of too many people trying or don't fall down. All the times I feel in the centre of attention, I have the impression that a new power has to come and that I can't control it.

A male teacher with a nervous and detached air came and took us to our class. It was a strange man, bold, papion and gilet with pois, and a odious expression on his face. After having observed all the pupils one by one with the air of someone who is going to eat you uncooked, he said: "Attendance". Again... In this school are they afraid to lose us in the corridors?
"Rossi?" "Yes... Here I am." I gasped. "Rossi as the man who has just broken my car? Well, I notice a certain similarity..." "I'm so sorry, my father didn't want to..." "Nobody wants, but my car is broke.".
While the other pupils were continuing to reply when the teacher called their surnames, my mind had remained to what he had told me. I was hating him. A part from the fact that he was the person who had destroyed dad's car, he was a really bad man. I hoped that the other teachers weren't like him, or I could shoot myself. The more I continued to think about the idea to have a problem with one of my new teachers, the more I looked at him badly (without listen to him), the more my anger increased in me. My fist came closer, my jaw clamped and I was feeling incredibly nervous. My feelings change in hotness, hotness that was passing trough my body from my feet to my hair. Hotness that seems consume me. I thought I will blow up. I couldn't stand that feeling, I wanted to stop it. I wanted that hotness to go out from me, immediately. My sight obscure itself. I heard a scream and then an indistinct clamour. There was chaos in my head, and I didn't know how to stop that situation. I didn't want my new class mates see what was happening to me, but at the same time I know that probably everybody know it. I needed desperately help.
I called grandma in my head, but she didn't replied. In the end... Dark.
